GRACE Project
The GRACE Project (Guiding Responsive Action in Corrections at End-of-Life) promotes high-quality hospice and palliative care programs for terminally ill inmates in prisons and jails. GRACE works to develop and share best practices with others involved in the prison hospice movement, bringing together people and resources to help.
