Greatest Accomplishments ... |

I feel that my greatest accomplishments have been the completion of my educational goals, raising my daughters, and being able to retire with adequate funding for my living expenses and periodic travels. I was fortunate to come along at a time when racial restrictions were removed and I was able to obtain good professional opportunities. I had the courage to leave unpleasant marriages and the strength to persevere. I was even considered and interviewed for the position of Treasurer of the USA. I lived in a suburb of Paris, France for 1½ years where my first husband worked as an auditor for the US Army Audit Agency in a civilian capacity. My youngest daughter was born there. It was a very interesting and educational experience to live in another country. |
