| Advice to the next generation ... Live simply, enjoy what you have and don't strive for more than what you think you deserve. Take charge of your own mistakes and own up to them as soon as possible. Life is real, life is earnest but can be fun if you have someone to love. True love is the greatest comfort you can have, sick or healthy, if someone loves you , you have the best that can ever come to you. Live with dignity and compassion for others who are not as fortunate as you or who have an affliction you have not experienced. Have a little fling of abandon every once in a while, but realize it is only temporary and real life is there again to envelope you. Have fun! |
